Did you know that 85 percent of tropical rainforests is found in Amazon rainforest that is located in South America? Tropical rainforests are located near the equator and are endangered. It was caused by habitat destruction, making many of the animals living in tropical rainforests “island dwellers.”Half of all tropical rainforests are found in Latin America, including the Amazon rainforest, covering about 85 percent of Earth’s rainforests. One- third of rainforests that consists of rainforests are located in Brazil. Even with the endangered tropical forests that we have today, they’re are still tourist attractions such as, ziplining,through the forest. The Amazon rainforests, for example, is a destination that offers exploration and adventure in an ecologic, friendly way. The region also has much cultural life from the Indians when they conquered or established this land.
